Data privacy.
This page explains how Abhigya AI handles your data during inference - what's stored, what isn't.
Summary
- During inference, input data is held in memory and is not written to disk.
- We send the output to you and then delete it from memory.
- We do not train on your data.
- We do not share your data with third parties.
Data privacy
When you use Abhigya AI's inference APIs, your submitted data is processed in memory and is not stored on disk. After inference is complete, we delete the data from memory.
Outputs are handled the same way: after we send them to you, we delete them from memory.
Bulk inference APIs
When you submit multiple requests in a single call through our bulk inference APIs, we may need to retain your data for longer, potentially on disk in encrypted form. After inference is complete and we return the results, we delete the data from disk and memory following a short retention period.
No training
We do not use data you submit to our APIs for training models.
No sharing
We do not share data you submit to our APIs with any third party.
Logs
We do not log the content of your requests. We log only metadata useful for debugging: request ID, cost, sampling parameters.
Questions about your data.
How data is held, deleted and logged during inference - and anything else you want spelled out in writing.
